All Dressed Up Mixed Media Tag

 

Hello!  I'm playing along with the All Dressed Up challenge featuring a freebie digital image Cute Got Cuter.

The tag began with an acrylic paint Gelli Plate print.  It was embossed with a polkadot emboss folder then inked.  The digital image was printed and colored with Copic markers then fussy cut.  I scrap of rick rack, wood veneer hearts and a small tag finish the tag.
