Paper Smooches June 15-28 ANYTHING GOES challenge

I'm sneaking in a fun birthday card for the current Paper Smooches challenge featuring the adorable Boob Tubes set.   The TV images were stamped with Adirondack inks - Lettuce, Bottle and Red Pepper.  I added a few enamel dots to the TV knobs for dimension and sponged the background panel with distress ink. The panel was die cut and adhered with dimension foam onto a recycled paper bag. I'm giving the "Slimline" card design a try for the first time!  A much larger canvas, but fun! I would like to share my card with the following: Paper Smooches: June 15-28 ANYTHING GOES challenge Simon Says Stamp Wednesday:   Anything Goes Word Art Wednesday Challenge:  #444 - 445 Anything Goes

Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge: Anything Goes

This week I got a chance to play along with one of my Favorite Stamp Companies Paper Smooches! This week's Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge is Anything Goes. I am a long time fan of Kim Hughes' work. My project features two Paper Smooches sets: Boob Tubes Sentiment Sampler I added a little Washi Tape and a doily for texture. Of course, the Boob Tube image was paper pieced with a little bling added for the dials. I loved the robin egg blue and hot pink color combo as well! Thanks for stopping by for a closer look!

Paper Smooches - Bazzill Contest

I couldn't resist putting together a second card for Paper Smooches contest .  This card was made using Paper Smooches "Perpetual Bliss" and "Boob Tubes" sets.  I replaced the sentiment in the light bulb with one from the "Boob Tubes" set. Thanks for taking a closer look!

Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge

This month's Sparks Challenge was to create something inspired by the photo above. Cool Photo! I focused on the colors, woodgrain and texture of the photo. Below is what I came up with using Paper Smooches "Boob Tube" and "Sentiment Sampler". The quirky face was made with various small images included with the "Boob Tube" set. This was really fun! Thanks for stopping by to take a look! Be sure to check out all of the challenges and products on the Sparks Challenge blog .

Paper Smooches August Sparks Challenge

Kim Hughes is sponsoring another challenge on her Paper Smooches blog. The August challenge is an inspiration photo (below). This was really a tough one for me, but I'm happy with my results! I really focused on the colors and textures from the inspiration photo and came up with the card below using Paper Smooches "Boob Tube" and "Sentiment Sampler" stamp sets. I LOVE the clear quality of these clear polymer stamps. The unique and fun designs are SO Kim Hughes! Thanks for stopping by and taking a look!

July Sparks Challenge

The July Designer Draft Sketches are below and I've used the top center for my challenge card. I just received my very first order from Paper Smooches and I'm in LOVE! The quality and unique designs are fabulous. I wouldn't have expected any less from the owner and designer, Kim Hughes!! I'm so glad that Kim has continued her unique designs with her new company Paper Smooches . Be sure and check it out! I've used the adorable Boob Tubes set for this card. The sentiment is from Surf and Turf . The sentiment worked perfectly inside the TV viewing screen. I needed a quick Thank You card and this came together so easily! The chocolate baker's twine was tied around my order from Kim! What a great way to recycle! Thanks for stopping by and taking a look! I hope you have a chance to be creative today!
