I needed a birthday card this week and decided on something humorous. I was the lucky winner over on the Art Impressions Challenge a couple of weeks ago. This image and sentiment were among my prize goodies! This week's Art Impressions Challenge is "Take a Peek" creating a window card or some style to see inside the card. I used two stamps from the AI Bird-Brains collection the adorable " Birdie " and " Laying an egg... " The card base was stamped with a chicken wire background stamp from Stampin' Up! The window was created by using a Square Spellbinder die. The window frame was created with two of the square dies. The inside image was colored with Copic Markers. I love the "attitude" of the chicken and this sentiment coordinates perfectly. AI makes creating a humorous card SO easy! Thanks for stopping by for a closer look.
