Sharing a fun Christmas card featuring All Dressed Up digital stamp Penguin Fun . The image was colored with Copic Markers. Stickles and puff paint were applied to the snow and pompoms. The finished image was layered onto a snowflake embossed panel and finished with a white organza ribbon from Amuse.
