Stampin' In Alaska

  I'm playing along with the current challenge at Art Impressions - Monochromatic .  My card features the adorable Frog Set .  The image was colored with Copic Markers.  I went through my paper scraps and die cut several circles from coordinating papers.  An easy sketch with the circles randomly randomed onto an embossed panel. The sentiments with this set are so fun.  I've included another as an inside sentiment:  "I've been toad you're having a birthday!"   It's been a few weeks since I have joined the Art Impressions Challenge .  The current theme in "Teeny Tiny".  My photo is somewhat deceiving since this tag is actually 3 inche x 1 inches. I stamped, colored and die cut images from the AI Dog House Cubbies set (5101) .  Only a portion of the dog house stamp was used by inking only one house and fussy cutting.  The dogs were stamped onto watercolor paper then colored with Tombow Markers. The tiny tag was in my stash.  It was made using scrap papers, adhering to card stock with Mod Podge then die cutting with various sizes of tags.  Each tag is unique and it worked great for my Tiny Project!   I'm joining the current challenge at Di's Digi with her sweet new digital image called Ellie and Balloon.  The image was colored with alcohol markers and die cut.  It was layered onto several scrap pieces of designer paper from the Pebbles Garden Party paper pad. I have made it a personal challenge to use more designer paper and scraps with my cards.  I rarely through away scraps, but keep them in a small envelope with the paper pad.  You never know when that "just right" paper will be needed!   I'm joining the June Challenge at Beccy's Place .  Beccy generously provides a free digital image each month.  I've used the black & white version for my project.   I pulled out a stack of paper scraps this week.  After gluing them onto poster board I die cut my tag.  It created a fun and colorful background for Beccy's whimsical image.    The digital image was colored with Copic markers then fussy cut.  Die cut glasses and ribbon finish the tag. I'm joining the current challenge at Di's Digi Designs Blog to "Use Your Scraps".  I was the lucky winner of Di's challenge recently and received the new Beach Ready Mouse digital image. The image was printed onto X-Press It card stock and colored with Copic markers then fussy cut.  I spritzed the card base with Dylusions London Blue Ink Spray.  Several scrap pieces of pattern paper from Echo Park Splash paper pad are layered then the image applied.  A word sticker from my stash and enamel dots finish the card.
