Unity Stamps Happy Birthday

Unity Stamp Company is currently hosting a birthday challenge for March with weekly prompts.  I decided to join the fun this week with the color board.  Of course, I had to pull out this fun little lady called Demand a Recount .   I started by stamping Unity's Misplaced Chevron on the base panel with Worn Lipstick distress ink.  A little splattered ink was applied and a few sequins.  Her dress was paper pieced with paper from my stash. I would like to share my card with the following: Simon Says Wednesday Challenge:  Something Feminine Word Art Wednesday Challenge:  Anything Goes Week #428 - #429 Aud Sentiments Challenge:  #246 Feminine + A Sentiment Cute Card Thursday Challenge:  #624 Anything Goes  Little Red Wagon Challenge:  #539 Ribbon, Twine, String

Unity FWF and Be Inspired

I have to admit, this has been a LONG week for me. Friday's are always welcome and especially fun to participate with Unity's weekly Friends With Flair blog hop. Here's what I've created this week using Unity's Misplaced Chevron and an image from Authentic Man that I received in a grab bag. I used the sketch from this month's Unity {be Inspired} challenge . Thanks for stopping by for a closer look! I hope you get a chance to join the Unity fun this weekend.

Unity Friends with Flair

Happy Friday!  It's time again for the Friends with Flair blog hop sponsored by Unity Stamps.  Angela, owner of Unity, has had some fabulous sales and I recently got in on the "free set with purchase" sale.  One of the freebies was an itty bitty set called "Skip A Beat".  The bg panel was created using another freebie "Misplaced Chevron" and the emboss resist technique. Here's what I came up with: Isn't this such a fun image!  ( Shhh! This cutie will be going into a drawer as a Valentine to my DH!)  Don't forget to link up your recent Unity stamp creation.  There are two random winners each week - one from blog participation and another from the blog comments. I also have to share!!  I was a randomly s elected lucky winner recently.  My prize arrived earlier this wee k and w hat a surprise when I opened the envelope to find not only one stamp set, but 25 stamps!!  I was so excited that I had to view them all right away. ...
