Stampin' In Alaska

  I'm sharing a fall themed card for the current challenge at All Dressed Up.  My card features Wellie Boots and was colored with Copic Markers.  The image was layered onto papers from Echo Park Fall paper pad. A few rhinestones and baker's twine bow finish the card.  This will be going into my stash of Thanksgiving card for family and friends.   I'm playing along with the current sketch challenge at MFT featuring Sweater Weather in the Woods .  The bear was stamped onto water color paper, die cut and blended with Tombow Markers.   Happy Saturday!  I hope everyone gets a chance to be creative this weekend.  In Anchorage, we received our first snow this week.  It will be a very long, snowy winter but always warm and toasty in the craft room! I'm joining the current Art Impressions challenge with a stenciled background for the adorable turkey bum from (retired) AI Gobble Set.  The image was colored with Copic markers and layered onto a wooden floor from a MFT set called "On Solid Ground". A couple of sequins and sentiment from the same AI set finishes the card.   We are certainly seeing Fall colors here in Alaska!  The current Impression Obsession Challenge to use Autumn Colors is perfect.  My card features a retired IO set - CL156 Smell the Coffee.  Be sure to check Impression Obsession for all of their fun stamps.  Don't forget to check the digital stamps as well! My card base was created with a Gelli plate using acrylic inks and various textures. I stamped the IO coffee stamp with my Misit a couple of times with VersaClaire ink.  The cups were colored with Tombow markers.  I used a white pen to highlight. A ribbon and sentiment from the set finish the card. Welcome to a new weekly challenge with Eureka Stamps. This week is a really easy  challenge that we hope  everyone will get a chance to join! Autumn Leave or Fall Colors My card features the lovely Eureka Digital image #34502 Tree Losing Leaves and sentiment #29701 Psalm 95 2 The digital image was printed onto Stampin' Up!   Whisper White card stock and colored with Copic Markers.  Chalk was applied to the background. I wanted to keep the focus on the colorful tree so I chose to dry emboss the base panel with leaves as well.
