My tag base was die cut with MFT Jumbo Fishtail Banner Die-namics.  The adorable cowbow image is from MFT Saddle Up & Celebrate set.  Designer paper is from Unity Stamp Company .  The image was colored with Copic markers and fussy cut.  I curled a piece of twine for his lasso, enamel dots and a coordinating sentiment.   I'm joining a couple of challenges with this fun card featuring the retired MFT set by Birdie Brown called You're Super.  The image was fussy cut and colored with Copic Markers.  I stamped the frame and sentiment, wet embossed then fussy cut.   Happy Monday!  I love a good sketch challenge and I'm so happy that MFT is providing their fabulous inspiration once again.   My monochromatic design began with designer papers from Stampin' Up!  I recently received the new Not-So-Basic Happy Birthday Die-namic which worked perfectly for this week's sketch.  At the last minute I decided to add a few gems.   I'm joining the current MFT sketch featuring the adorable Woof Pack stamp set.  The image was colored with Tombow Markers on water color paper.  Memory Box designer papers are from my scrap pile. The dog house die, bone and bowl are retired MFT.  I remembered the string of lights were in an old Taylored Expressions beach die set.  They worked perfectly!   I'm sharing a Fall themed card for this week's sketch challenge at My Favorite Things.  I pulled out a favorite set designed by Birdie Brown called Sweater Weather in the Woods.  The image was water colored with Tombow markers and the sweater was paper pieced.  A few gems were applied for the buttons.   The sentiment is from MFT Happy Pumpkin Season.  A retired Stampin' Up! French Script background stamp was applied to the base panel with VersaMark ink.  It provides a very subtle texture which I thought finished the project off nicely.   Happy Friday!  I hope everyone had a great week.   It's been awhile since I've played along with the challenges at My Favorite Things .  We have been busy with a somewhat complicated kitchen remodel this month.  I've also had design team commitments to keep up with amidst the chaos! When the yummy color combo and sketch were posted I had to make the time!  I recently purchased a retired MFT stamp and die from the Pure Innocence line called Sweet Birthday Girl.   This sweetie with her pigtails remind me of my niece.  I will be saving this one for her birthday in a few months when she turns 3.  Wow, time sure flies! The image was stamped onto X-Press It card stock, heat embossed with clear powder, colored with Copic Markers then die cut.  Designer papers are MFT Cool Collab 6x6 paper pad.  Enamel dots and a coordinating sentiment from the set complete the card.   I just received the retired MFT You're Super set by Birdie Brown from a Stamping Swap group.  I couldn't wait to ink up this sweet image.  The image was stamped, wet embossed and colored with alcohol inks then fussy cut.   I pulled out a retired MFT stencil - Ray of Light - and used distress inks for the sky.  A Memory Box Cityscape Nightline die and gems finish the card. I'm joining the current sketch challenge at My Favorite Things with the Celebrate Everything Card Kit from last year.  I have really enjoyed this card kit when needing a quick (no-stamp) card.  The papers coordinate perfectly with the dies and sentiments.   I'm joining this week's sketch challenge at My Favorite Things.  I chose to create a tag this week featuring New Best Friend. The image was colored with Copic Markers and fussy cut.  The mixed media tag started by using decofoil transfer gel duo and a star stencil.  Once dried I ran it through my Cuddlebug with a foil sheet.  White acrylic paint was splattered then designer papers applied.  An organdy ribbon finishes the tag.   I'm sharing a mini slimline design for this week's MFT sketch and color challenges.  My card features the adorable Lucky Dog set and retired Farm Fence Die-namic. The dog was die cut and colored with Tombow Markers.  The fence die was cut from Cement Gray card stock and layered onto designer papers from MFT Positively Peppy paper pad. I finished with a ball from the same set and coordinating birthday sentiment.  The finished card size is 6 x 3.5.
