Stampin' In Alaska

I'm sharing a Spring card featuring a woodblock stamp from House-Mouse Designs called Feed and Seed.  The image was stamped onto X-Press It card stock, colored with Copic Markers and die cut with Unity's Postage Stamp Nesting dies.  It was layered onto an ink smooshed and splattered background.   I'm joining the current House-Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge to use an embossing folder.  My card features the adorable House-Mouse Designs Donut Day (retired). The image was colored with Copic Markers and Prismacolor pencils.  It was fussy cut and layered onto an embossed panel using an interesting technique with embossing powders.  Basically, you layer embossing powders onto a piece of parchment paper, melt it then run it through the machine inside a folder of choice!  The YouTube tutorial for the technique was recently shared on a Facebook group:     YouTube Tutorial Double Embossing This was my first attempt. The chocolate panel was also embossed traditionally with a dot folder.  A few nuvo drops were added and a sentiment from Paper Smooches finishes the card. Stampa Rosa, Inc Peace on Earth wood mounted image from 1999. The image was colored with Prismacolor pencils and Tombow markers.  Paper strips were used from a Recollections paper pad.   I'm joining the current House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge with the optional theme this week - More than ONE fold.  The inspiration for my fun fold (more than one fold) came from the blog of Shoregirl's Creations.  You can check out her beautiful design HERE .  My card features the adorable little mice from the Stampendous Mini Spring set.  This is such a fun set with a variety of mischievous mice!   The image was heat embossed and colored with Tombow markers.  The Spellbinders die cut was mounted onto a small square "hinge" allowing the image panel to unfold and reveal the inside sentiment. Designer papers are from Carta Bella.  Long retired Stampin' Up! Barely Banana and Regal Rose card stock accents the card/cardbase.   I'm joining the current House Mouse and Friends Monday challenge with a fun shaped card.  My card features an older House Mouse Designs image called Cupcake Celebration.   The image was colored with alcohol markers and die cut with Spellbinders Labels 12.  The rectangle base is 3x5.5 with designer papers from Doodlebug Designs Hello Sunshine paper pad.  Rhinestones and flowers finish the card.   I'm joining the current challenge at House Mouse and Friends with the option of Naughty.  Although "mudpie" looks full and satisfied... he better not get into my strawberry bed! This is an older House-Mouse Designs wood stamp from 1999 called Sleeping with Strawberries.  The image was colored with alcohol markers and die cut to fit the 6x3 slimline card size.  I layered it onto designer papers from Carta Bella.  A summer sentiment completes the card from Unity Stamp Company.   I'm joining the current House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge with the option of Make it Small.  For my project I started with an image from the House Mouse Designs Spring Mini Clear set and a tag. I began the tag base with my gelli plate and acrylic inks.  I then added a couple of layers with various distress inked stenciling.  The image was stamped directly to the tag with VersaClaire ink and colored with Copics.  The bottom border is washi tape from my stash. I finished the tag with a retired Verve Scripture stamp on white tissue paper.  I trimmed the tissue close to the sentiment and applied it with matte gel.  Fibers from my stash coordinated perfectly for the tassel.
