SNSDC94 - Show us Something Girlie

Happy Friday and welcome to a new Sweet 'n Sassy Digi Challenge .  This week's challenge is to create something feminine and girlie.  Dig out the pinks, glitter, bling, ribbon and get busy! Here's what I came up with using the " Tulips " digital image and a sentiment from the " Mother's Day Sentiments " digital set. SNSDC93 - Something for a Child

Happy Friday and welcome to another Sweet 'n Sassy Digi Challenge .  This week's challenge is to make a card or project for a child.  Let you creativity run wild.... Well, my project for this week is for my niece's 1st birthday.  My sister asked that I make invitations to her birthday party next month.  I used several of the January digi release images for my project. Here's what I came up with: Here is a second photo showing one of each invite design: I have actually made 10 total invites with 2 of each design.  These were so much fun to make!  I hope my sister likes them!  Here are the images used for the project:  Bunny Love ,  Friends Purrever ,  Too Tweet , Turtley Awesome , and Yappy Day . Mo's Challenge #172 - Happy Birthday

Here is a quick 1st birthday card using Mo Manning's "1st Birthday Girl" digital image.  This week's DP2 Challenge is " Happy Birthday ". SNSDC92 and New Release

Happy Friday!  It's time for a new Sweet 'n Sassy Digi Challenge .  And this week Sweet 'n Sassy is also releasing several new digital images.  You can see all of the new goodies in the store HERE .  You will want to visit the design team blogs this week as one lucky commenter will win the entire February digital image release.  This week our challenge is 3-2-1.  Use 3 of something on your project, 2 of something else and finally1 item.  It sounds hard, but it's really easy when you get started!  For my card I used 3 banners, 2 new digital images and 1 button. Stella Says Sketch #129

I couldn't resist playing along with this week's sketch using an image from the new Bugaboo Birthday set that I won.  Here's this week's sketch: Here's my take on the sketch: Now that's a BIG cupcake!  The image was colored with Copic Markers and brown liquid applique was added for the frosting.  Basic Grey papers, dewdrops and dry embossing finish the card.  Thanks for stopping by for a closer look!

Sassy Cheryl Challenge #151 and Show Me #110

Hello!  Hope you are having a great weekend.  It was a beautiful, sunny and warm day here in Anchorage. I wanted to share a little card with you that I created today for the Sassy Cheryl Challenge - Thinkin' Pink.   I colored the adorable " Sassy Sally Triple Layer Cake " and combined it with a fun sentiment from Paulette at Create with TLC. I am adding to my Birthday card stash lately!  This was pretty easy.... colored the image with Copic markers, Prismacolor pencils and blended with baby oil.  The sentiment was printed and die cut with Spellbinder Wonky Rectangles.  The card base was dry embossed with a Cuttlebug circles folder. SNSDC90 - Love or Valentines

Welcome to a new Sweet 'n Sassy Digi Challenge !  This week we are challenging you to create a Valentine project or something with the theme of Love.  I can always use an extra Anniversary card in my stash so I chose the love theme. Here's the card that I came up with this week: I have used an image and two sentiments from Sweet 'n Sassy's "You and Me" digi set.  I've used one of my favorite color combinations - green and orange.  The designer paper is from October Afternoon Farm Fresh paper pad.  The image was colored with Copic Markers. Unity Friends with Flair
