Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop + Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps

  I just realized last night that the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop was happening this week!  If you love to create coffee, tea, or cocoa themed cards/projects be sure to check out the blog for more details then join the fun. My shaker card features a sweet digital image from super sponsor Sweet 'n Sassy called Snowman in Mug .   The image was printed, colored with Copic markers and fussy cut.  The mug was paper pieced with coordinating paper from Doodlebug. Hebrews 11:1 - Faith

I came across the cute digital image while searching Pinterest this weekend.  It is from Pink Gem Designs in Australia.  It's a new company to me, but the Etsy store has tons of cute images.  This image is called Ella with Dragonfly. Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge #291 Sketch

I haven't gotten a chance to play along with Mo's fun challenges lately.  I love sketches and had to join the fun this month.  My card features the adorable Scrappy . Scrappy was colored with Copic Markers and fussy cut.  My scene was created with a doghouse die from Honeybee, grass and fence dies are from Sweet 'n Sassy.  The adorable sentiment is from Lizzie Anne Designs. Catch the Bug - Stella Says Sketch #414

Welcome back Bugaboo fans! We have a new bi-weekly challenge with Stella Says Sketch. My card features the adorable Rottweiler Trio Blocks     The image was printed onto  Stampin' Up Whisper White cardstock and colored with Spectrum Noir pens. Designer papers are from Reminisce.  The sentiment is from Sweet 'n Sassy called Ruff Day .   Of course, I rotated the sketch.   Hope you will join the fun! i {Heart} Sketches with a Twist #107

This week's i {heart} Card Sketches is a really fun design. I chose to use the sketch only and took a very clean approach  featuring the adorable From the Heart Hamlet PigWit Being Shy The digital image was printed on gingham card stock and fussy cut.  The fence and grass dies are from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.  The sentiment was offset slightly so that you could still view Hamlet's tiny toes through the fence.   Thanks for stopping by! Sweet 'n Sassy Challenge #9 and Friends with Flair

Happy Friday! It's time a another Friends with Flair blog hop. This week's Sweet 'n Sassy Challenge was to include a house or home on our projects. I have used the new Sweet 'n Sassy Happy Happy Stamp  and matching die with a Unity Itty Bitty called " Begins at Home ". The digital sentiment is from Create With TLC . I really like how this turned out! My sister and her husband just bought a house and this will be a perfect congrats card for them. Thanks for stopping by! Meljen's Designs Challenge #195 - Time's Up!

Hello and welcome to a new challenge with Meljen's Designs . This week we are challenging you to create a 30-minute card. Here's what I created in 30 minutes using " Fisher Moose " from the Meljen's Shop. This came together so quickly! A very clean and simple design with a hand drawn border and doodled corners.  The digital sentiment is from Sweet 'n Sassy designs called " Fishy Sayings ". SNSDC87 - Use a Coffee, tea or hot cooca image

Wow, can you believe that it's Friday already?  And we are almost half way through January! It's time for a new Sweet 'n Sassy Digi Challenge.   This week we are challenging you to use an image with a hot beverage included - coffee (my personal favorite!), tea or hot cocoa.  I have used the sweet Kiwi Koala's Cuppa image for my card.  The sentiment is from the " Hot Cocoa Sentiments " set. The image was colored with Copic Markers and Glossy Accents was added to the cup.  While surfing the web recently I found a sample using this fabulous card layout.  I love the tag border and it was a great way to use some of those scraps laying on my desk.  The image was combined with designer papers from the Bo Bonny Snow Day Paper pad collection. SNSDC79 - Thanksgiving

The Sweet Stop - SSS177

I couldn't resist playing along with the Sweet Stop sketch this week.  I just loved the sketch and immediately had an idea for a Thanksgiving card to add to my stash. Here's the sketch: Here's what I came up with using the sketch: The pumpkins have been bleached and the leaves were colored with Copic Markers.  I have been playing with the "Bleached out images" technique all week and having so much fun!  I really like the effect and it's so easy.  The designer papers are from MME "Reunion" and the base is Stampin' Up! Crumb Cake.  The image and sentiment are from Sweet 'n Sassy "Autumn Bounty". Thanks for taking a closer look!
