  Time Out Challenge is celebrating their 10th Birthday this month.  Congratulations! My birthday card features products from one of the celebration sponsors - Gina K. Designs .   I began by foiling a toner card front from Unity Stamps called Floral Background using Gina K. Bubblegum Fancy Foils .  The foiled panel was then ink blended with Tim Holtz distress inks. The tag image was also heat foiled using Gina K. Designs Birthday Essentials Foil-Mates.  Two additional tags were cut for a matting and held together with pink baker's twine.  Several gems finish the card.   Are you a thrift store, garage sale, flea market shopper?  I LOVE to find a good treasure.  I was so excited to come across this adorable House Mouse woodblock stamp recently at my local thrift store.  I Give You My Heart (2003) was produced under the Stampabilities brand.  I couldn't wait to ink it up! The image was colored with alcohol markers.  A lightly sponged sky and Wink of Stella highlights on the flowers complete the scene.  I layered the image onto several scrap pieces of designer paper from Echo Park and Pebbles Garden Party paper pads.  Bakers twine and pearls complete the card. A few weeks ago I was the lucky winner of the MFT Sketch challenge.  I was SO excited when  sneak peeks began for the new Birdie Brown Friends at First Sip stamp set. I knew this set is what I would be using my MTF prize to buy! The current sketch challenge was perfect for this sweet pup and coffee cup.  Both images were stamped onto water color paper and colored with Tombow markers. The designer paper is from the DCWV Playful Pets mat stack.  The images were die cut with the coordinating MFT dies then adhered to the base with dimensional tape.  Super easy! This week's Art Impressions challenge is Tie It Up - use something on your card tied up. My card features Art Impressions Cathy Caffeine Set I used baker's twine for the bow, added a few DIY enamel dots and colored the fun image with Copic Markers. The coordinating image with this set is stamped inside and says:  "Coffee... the most important meal of the day!"
