Stampin' In Alaska

I'm joining the current challenge at Your Next Stamp with a fun coffee themed card featuring Ellie Loves Lattes .   I started by stamping the image onto Copic marker paper with YNS die ink black olive and colored with Copic markers.  Designer papers and yellow card stock are from Stampin' Up!  A doodled border and enamel dots finish the card. I couldn't resist creating one more card for the current Art Impressions challenge to use Washi Tape.  This was a great way to use my Washi stash! The card started by stamping the adorable pup image from the AI Doggy Kisses set.  It was colored with Copic Markers and fussy cut.  A layered card base with various lengths of washi tape, enamel dots and coordinating sentiment finish the card. This will be going out to my cousin who recently injured her back.  The dog cone is the closest I could get to a back brace which she has been required to wear.  She recently received good news that the healing is going well. I think she would enjoy this little card! My last Thanksgiving card of the Season! I began by printing the image onto Stampin' Up! Whisper White cardstock and coloring the image with Copic Markers.  The image was cropped using Spellbinders Nestabilities standard circles die.  The sentiment is from a retired Stampin' Up! set as are the papers. I'm sharing a fun Fall digital stamp with the November Share Your Design Challenge at Gerda Steiner.  My card features their adorable Happy Fall digital image. The image was colored with Copic Markers and sponged with Memento inks.  The designer paper is from the Paper Studio.  I kept it embellishment free as it will join my Thanksgiving cards to friends and family out of state this year. We were asked to use Washi tape.  I'm afraid mine is not very creative, but this is not my embellishment of choice.  I have several rolls of the tape, but have never gotten the hang of how it's used!!  I'm looking forward to all of the inspiration in the AI gallery. I'm stopping in tonight to share a fun Thanksgiving card for the current challenge at Art Impressions.  My card features the AI Full of Thanks set and lots of layers including paper piecing of the image. The image was colored with Copic markers and coordinating papers were used from Simple Stories Pumpkin Spice paper pad. Enamel dots and a coordinating sentiment finish the card.
