Stampin' In Alaska

I'm sneaking in a last minute entry for the current Sugar Pea Mix It Up Challenge.  My project includes both the color and sketch prompt for this month's challenge.  My card features the adorable Great Catch set and the Treescapes die cut.  This set is perfect for masculine birthdays or any occasion!  The image was colored with Copic Markers and die cut then sponged with Memento inks.  It was layered onto a die cut then coordinating color paper and Tree Scapes die. I have been away from the craftroom for a few days with the "bug" that everyone seems to be fighting!  I'm feeling so much better and couldn't wait to get back in the crafty mode.  I decided to start with the current SugarPea Designs challenge . My card features Easily A'Moose'd stamp set and matching dies.  This set is full of adorable images and "Moose" sentiments.  The scene was built using the SugarPea TreeScape SugarCut die and paper from their Happy Camper paper pad .   I'm playing along with the current challenge over at SugarPea Designs. My card features their new set called RV There Yet?  and Happy Camper paper pack. I used Tim Holtz distress inks to make the paper for the tree line.  I inked a  piece of wax paper then spritzed with water. I then layed a piece of textured paper on the wax paper until it was covered with the green.  After letting it dry, I sprayed it with water lightly.   Finally, I used the SugarCut TreeScape  die and cut twice for a layered look.  The camper (which I LOVE) was colored with Copic Markers  and fussy cut then adhered with dimension tape.
