Sassy Cheryl Challenge #117 - It's a Sketch

This week's Sassy Cheryl challenge is to use the sketch provided with our Sassy Cheryl images.  Sketch challenges are my favorite!  For some reason, I seem to create better when starting with a sketch. Any-who this is what I came up with using one of Cheryl's retiring images called " Patriots Remembered Girl ".  Luckily, I grabbed her from the bargain bin this week.  I don't have very many patriotic themed images and this one is a perfect addition to my collection! Lots of red, white and blue stars and stripes with this design!  I really had a lot of fun putting this together since this isn't a very much used color combo. The image was colored with Copic markers and Prismacolor pencils with baby oil.  The card based is a retired Brilliant Blue from Stampin' Up! and the designer paper came from an older DCWV adhesive paper pack.  The white circle was dry embossed with a new embossing folder by the Paper Studio that I picked up at Hobby Lobby ...
