  I'm sharing a fun new digital release from Beccy's Place .  This yummy set includes two mouth watering ice cream cone images and six coordinating sentiments.  It's great for so many occasions!  You can find the new I ce Cream Cones set in Beccy's store now. I printed the ice cream cone image and colored with Copic Markers then fussy cut.  It was layered onto (now retired) Basic Grey patterned papers.  A strip of glitter card stock and enamel dots finish the mini slimline design card.   I'm joining the current Slimline challenge at MFT which is Anything Goes with a mini slimline size.  My finished card is 3x6.  I enjoy this size and the adorable Happy Pumpkin Season set worked perfectly for this size. The images were stamped then masked to stamp the cobble street road from On Solid Ground .  In hindsight, the brick might have been a better choice but I like the look of the cobblestones!   With the images masked, I used Memento ink to blend the sky.  I removed the mask and colored the images with Copic Markers.  A sentiment from the set finishes the scene.   I couldn't resist playing along with the current Art Impressions challenge to include an animal.  Bonnie has such a humorous way of creating the AI images.  The animals are all so fun.  I purchased this retired image a couple of years ago from their Bird Brains line.  It could be used for so many occasions. I stamped the scene with the chicken and hay bale from AI.  The images were colored with Tombow markers then the background was loosely water colored. I have recently enjoyed creating a vertical mini slimline design.  Using a sheet of 12 x 12 card stock I cut at 3.25 then fold at 6 inches.  It worked perfectly for my barnyard scene!   I'm joining the current challenge at House Mouse and Friends with the option of Naughty.  Although "mudpie" looks full and satisfied... he better not get into my strawberry bed! This is an older House-Mouse Designs wood stamp from 1999 called Sleeping with Strawberries.  The image was colored with alcohol markers and die cut to fit the 6x3 slimline card size.  I layered it onto designer papers from Carta Bella.  A summer sentiment completes the card from Unity Stamp Company.   I'm joining the current Art Impressions challenge with a mini slimline birthday card.  My card features critters from the adorable Baby Critters Set . The images were stamped onto water color paper and die cut.  I colored the images with Tombow markers and blended.  This set is perfect for birthday party scenes and the slimline card size worked perfectly! My party scene is layered onto papers from Carta Bella with a small strip of glitter card stock.  I finished the card with Stickles accents and a few star embellishments.   Good morning!  I'm sharing a Fall coffee themed card for this week's sketch challenge at My Favorite Things.  My mini slimline card features the adorable Sweater Weather in the Woods set. The cute critters were colored with Tombow markers and die cut.  Coordinating papers are from Doodlebug Pumpkin Spice paper pad.   I'm joining the current AI challenge - Under the Sea - with this sweet turtle image.  This was a 2020 Freebie with purchase.  I was lucky enough to receive it from another AI fan who had a duplicate!  Isn't he SO cute?! For my mini slimline design, I started the scene by using distress inks on my gelli plate with spritzed water.  The "rays" were stenciled with distress ink.  I used an older technique, shared by Janet Axtman , for the "sand" using torn card stock .  I found the coral and seaweed stickers in my stash.   I attached an actual tiny star fish from my stash as well.  I'm really pleased with how this turned out.  It will go into my stash for that special "someone".
