Pajama Crafter Stamps - Forever Loved

I recently rediscovered Pajama Crafter Stamps while browsing Instagram and came across this adorable new set called Forever Loved .  I was instantly hooked!  The set is large enough to almost fill an A2 size card front.  Their stamping quality is fantastic. I colored the image with Copic Markers and added liquid glaze to the light bulb.   The image was die cut with Unity's Postage Stamp Nesting Dies.  Small pieces of "old school" mulberry paper from Stampendous! and gems from Stampin' Up! finish the project. My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge #695

I'm joining the current MFT sketch featuring the adorable Woof Pack stamp set.  The image was colored with Tombow Markers on water color paper.  Memory Box designer papers are from my scrap pile. The dog house die, bone and bowl are retired MFT.  I remembered the string of lights were in an old Taylored Expressions beach die set.  They worked perfectly! Penny Black Saturday Challenge - AG Option Glitter & Glitz

I'm joining the November Penny Black Saturday Challenge with the optional glitter and glitz.  I really like the sweet pup images in the Waggingly Happy clear set. The image was stamped with Versafine Claire ink and colored with Copic Markers.  A little Copic grey "shadow", coordinating sentiment and bling make an easy focal panel.  Glitter tape from my stash was applied as a border. Gerda Steiner Designs - Just Vrooming By

I'm sharing another fun card featuring a Gerda Steiner Designs set called Vrooming By!   Gerda has such a talent with these cute critters!  This is one of their 3x4 clear sets and comes with three phrases, a word and and exclamation point.  Very versatile so that you can customize your message. I began by stamping the image onto X-Press It white card stock with VersaFine Clair Nocturne pigment ink and embossing with clear powder.  The image was fussy cut and colored with Copic markers.  I also fussy cut the houses from a sheet of designer paper by American Crafts for the background.   The houses were layered onto Stampin' Up! Basic Grey card stock.  A hand drawn center line for the street was added with an American Crafts Galaxy Marker.  Lastly, the image was adhered with dimension tape and a coordinating sentiment added. I hope my project inspires you today!  I really had fun putting this together. Supplies used for my project:...

Gerda Steiner Designs - Vrooming By!

I'm back today with another cute critter design from Gerda Steiner Designs called Vrooming By!   This adorable pup on his scooter really makes me smile!  I'm imagining this little guy taking a fun summer ride and "vrooming" his way around town! My clean and simple design started by stamping the image and sentiment with Versafine Clair Nocturne Pigment ink.  The image was then colored with Copic Markers.  I added the exhaust stamp from that I found in my stash.  They could be easily drawn as well. The finished card size is 6 x 3.75 and was layered simply on a piece of black and white designer paper from my (very large) stash of papers. Supplies used for this card:  Gerda Steiner Designs Vrooming By! 3x4 clear stamp set , X-Press It white card stock, Craft's Meow Vintage Ride (exhaust stamp), Copic Markers (E33, E35, E53, YR15, YR68, B24, B28), American Crafts Padma's Pattern designer paper. Paper Shelter Challenge #549 - Anything That Flies

I was the lucky winner of a Paper Shelter image recently.  When I saw A State-of-the-art Dogwalk I knew it would be perfect for a clean and simple card. I chose to use the pre-colored digital version of the image.  It was printed onto a textured card stock with a digital sentiment from my files.  The image panel and red panel were die cut with a stitched square die from Gina Marie.  I finished the CAS 4 1/4 square card with a few rhinestones. Paper Smooches Color Pop Challenge

I'm joining the current Paper Smooches challenge - Black and White with a Pop of color.  I pulled out a favorite PS set - Paws for a Cause for this challenge. I started by sponging a sunray stencil on the base panel.  Using my Misti, I stamped the dog silhouette and sentiment from the PS Sentiment Sampler set.  A couple of pieces of washi tape finishes the card. Just in case you haven't heard the (sad) news, Kim will be closing the Paper Smooches store.  She is currently liquidating the store with a retiring sale this summer.  Be sure to stop by and check it out!
