Welcome to a new challenge at Catch the Bug with Stella Says Sketch. My card features the adorable Cupcake Circle Tag digital image from Bugaboo. The image was colored with Copic Markers and Stickles were applied. Spellbinder scallop die cuts were used for the layers. The image was layered onto designer papers from MME Life of the Party.
