I'm joining the current challenge at Power Poppy to use shimmer and shine on our projects. My card features their beautiful Snowy Church digital set. The digital image was printed onto water color paper and water colored with Peerless water colors. Stickles were added randomly. The panel was layered onto silver glitter cardstock and snowflake embossed base. A glittery snowflake and gem finish the card.
