  Happy Wednesday!  Hope your week is going well. I'm playing along with the February Penny Black Saturday Challenge with the option of Wings.  I went through my stash of gelli print panels and found this one to coordinate with Penny Blacks Panoramic Slapstick cling set . The image was stamped directly onto the Gelli Print with VersaClaire ink.  A silhouette bird die was added from Sweet 'n Sassy Forest Silhouettes die set.  The card was finished simply with a sentiment from my stash.   I picked up a sweet wood mounted House Mouse stamp at Hobby Lobby earlier this month while on vacation.  Spring Rain is so sweet and perfect with the older Farm Fresh papers from October Afternoon. The image was stamped with VersaClaire ink and colored with Tombow markers.  It is bordered with a Spellbinder circle die which was in my stash.  I inked all edges with the same VersaClaire ink, added a sentiment and enamel dots.   I'm joining the current sketch challenge at My Favorite Things with their Celebrate Everything Card Kit.  I love this kit and have enjoyed using it.  Birthday cards seem to be what I make the most.   Beccy has created a fun accessory set that is perfect for so many creations.  There's a Hat for That digital set comes with seven adorable hats - both pre-colored and black lined for your creations.  All images come in .png format to allow for resizing and merging with other digital images. My first card coordinates the floral top hat image with the Howdy Girl stamp set .  Isn't she a little sassy in her hat?! The image was colored with Copic Markers, die cut and layered onto floral papers from Stampin' Up.  A coordinating sentiment from the Howdy Girl set, gems and ribbon finish the card. How could you resist combining the cowboy hat with the fun pig image from Beccy's Funny Farm Stamp Set ?!   This design would be a perfect birthday card for the cowboy in your life!   A new bi-weekly challenge has begun at Di's Digi Design Challenge Blog .  The theme is 2 of a Kind - include two of something on your project. My project features Di's adorable Animals Ahoy digital stamp.  The image was colored with alcohol markers then die cut with Spellbinders Classic Rectangles Large and mounted onto black card stock cut with Spellbinders Classic Scalloped Rectangles Large.  TWO die cuts. The image is layered onto TWO designer papers from my stash and I have included TWO enamel dots.  The birthday sentiment is a wood mount stamp from Stampabilities.  I got an opportunity to stop at a Hobby Lobby during our vacation this week.  I loved the font on the stamp and only $2.49!   Time Out Challenge is celebrating their 10th Birthday this month.  Congratulations! My birthday card features products from one of the celebration sponsors - Gina K. Designs .   I began by foiling a toner card front from Unity Stamps called Floral Background using Gina K. Bubblegum Fancy Foils .  The foiled panel was then ink blended with Tim Holtz distress inks. The tag image was also heat foiled using Gina K. Designs Birthday Essentials Foil-Mates.  Two additional tags were cut for a matting and held together with pink baker's twine.  Several gems finish the card.   Beccy's Place is featuring a very versatile digital set this month called Seasonal Gate.  I had so much fun coloring and creating with this set! My first design includes the summer gate and was colored with Copic Markers then matted with both red and blue card stock.  Coordinating designer papers from Little Yellow Bicycle highlight the gate and red poppies.  A coordinating sentiment, Memory Box butterfly die, gems and grosgrain ribbon finish the card. The second card features a Z-fold design and a fun gate image including little chickens.  I couldn't resist including the pre-colored tractor from Beccy's Fresh Farm Digital set in the background for this gate scene.  The image was colored with Copic markers, fussy cut and layered onto designer paper from my stash.  A coordinating sentiment from the set completes the design.
