I'm joining the current Power Poppy Challenge an Over the Edge design featuring Spring Meadow Bouquet digital set from Power Poppy. The image was printed onto Stampin' Up! Whisper White card stock and colored with Copic markers. I partially fussy cut the image and layered onto Stampin' Up! Pink Passion card stock and designer papers from Pebbles Garden Party paper pad. The finished card size is 4.25 square.
