Gerda Steiner Designs - Just Vrooming By

I'm sharing another fun card featuring a Gerda Steiner Designs set called Vrooming By!   Gerda has such a talent with these cute critters!  This is one of their 3x4 clear sets and comes with three phrases, a word and and exclamation point.  Very versatile so that you can customize your message. I began by stamping the image onto X-Press It white card stock with VersaFine Clair Nocturne pigment ink and embossing with clear powder.  The image was fussy cut and colored with Copic markers.  I also fussy cut the houses from a sheet of designer paper by American Crafts for the background.   The houses were layered onto Stampin' Up! Basic Grey card stock.  A hand drawn center line for the street was added with an American Crafts Galaxy Marker.  Lastly, the image was adhered with dimension tape and a coordinating sentiment added. I hope my project inspires you today!  I really had fun putting this together. Supplies used for my project:...

My clean and simple design started by stamping the image and sentiment with Versafine Clair Nocturne Pigment ink.  The image was then colored with Copic Markers.  I added the exhaust stamp from that I found in my stash.  They could be easily drawn as well. The finished card size is 6 x 3.75 and was layered simply on a piece of black and white designer paper from my (very large) stash of papers. Supplies used for this card:  Gerda Steiner Designs Vrooming By! 3x4 clear stamp set , X-Press It white card stock, Craft's Meow Vintage Ride (exhaust stamp), Copic Markers (E33, E35, E53, YR15, YR68, B24, B28), American Crafts Padma's Pattern designer paper. I would like to share my card with the following: Gerda Stein...
