Allsorts Challenge #853 Use Stencils

I'm so excited to be a Guest Designer at the Allsorts Challenge !  The current challenge is to use stencils. My card features a retired digital stamp from Lily of the Valley called Swing Time.  The image was printed onto X-Press It card stock and colored with alcohol markers then fussy cut.   I pulled out a Hero Arts stencil and marbled designer paper from my stash for the card base.  Tim Holtz Wild Honey distress ink was used with the stencil.  The tree border was created with retired Memory Box Stitched Cloudline dies and paper scraps from my stash.  I recently purchased the Memory Box gold foiled Greeting Tabs .  They are a quick and easy way to finish a card! Sweet November Stamps - June FB Challenge Include Sun

I created a fun underwater scene featuring Sweet November Stamps digital images Scuba Sammy , Scuba Sally and Mermaid Reef .  I love how easy it is to resize and make scenes like these with digital stamps. The image was colored with Copic Markers, liquid glaze was applied to the goggles and Stickles were added to the bubbles.  A sunray stencil from My Favorite Things (no longer in business) was used with distress inks for the sunny water effect.  This was my first attempt at this technique and I was pleased with the results. A sentiment from My Favorite Things Best Fins set was stamped directly to the scene panel.
