The current challenge at Art Impressions is Desktop Decor . I decided to use a recycled acrylic photo frame to make a fun desk calendar. I started by stamping the AI Garden Wagon Mini Set onto watercolor paper with Versafine ink. The wagon was colored with Tombow markers and blended. The flowers and grass were stamped with Tim Holtz Distress Inks - Mowed Lawn, Seedless Preserves and Wilted Violet. The background was sponged with a cloud die and Salty Ocean distress ink. A gingham ribbon from Gina K and sentiment from Verve Stamps finish the project. At year end, this can also become a desktop photo frame! A small photo can slide into the frame when the calendar is removed.
