HMFMC #460 Anything Goes with option to use GREEN

My card was inspired by "Green" which is this week's optional challenge prompt at House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge . The House Mouse image is an older wood mounted stamp from Stampabilities called Feed and Seed (2005).  I used a stencil and distress ink for the background.  The designer paper was in my stash and the sentiment was computer generated.  A few pearls finish the 5.5 inch square card. Sweet November - Spring Fairy

I'm sharing a card featuring a Sweet November digital stamp called Lucky Cloverfield .  Such a fun little fairy image.  I took the creative liberty of coloring him with a pale green Copic Marker to coordinate with older papers from My Mind's Eye.  Out of the box technique was used with the image for added interest and finished with enamel dots. HMFMC #438 Anything Goes + Option-Spring/Easter

I'm sharing a Spring card featuring a woodblock stamp from House-Mouse Designs called Feed and Seed.  The image was stamped onto X-Press It card stock, colored with Copic Markers and die cut with Unity's Postage Stamp Nesting dies.  It was layered onto an ink smooshed and splattered background. I finished with pearls, ribbon and a sentiment.   I would like to share my card with the following: HMFMC #438 Anything Goes + Option-Spring/Easter Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge:   Blooming Blooms   Lil Patch of Crafty Friends Challenge:   #252 Anything Goes PIP Challenge:   #2516 Anything Goes

HMFMC # 385 Anything Goes Option Theme Use a Die

Are you looking forward to Spring weather?  In my yard, the first thing to pop through the soil are the lovely daffodils.  I know Spring is close when the green growth peeks through.   The current House Mouse and Friends challenge has an optional theme of dies.  I combined a Memory Box Spring Border die with this sweet House-Mouse Designs Feed and Seed stamp from 2005.  I was very fortunate to find a set of 7 older House-Mouse Design wooden stamps at my local thrift store.  What a find!  And the red rubber appeared to have never seen ink. The image was colored with Copic markers and die cut with a Wonky Stitched die.  Memory Box Puffy Clouds die and sentiment finish the card.   Card stock:  Colorbok polkadot, Stampin' Up! Lovely Lilac, Green Galore, Daffodil Yellow and Creamy Caramel. Art Impressions Challenge #325 Fun With Flowers

Spring is in the air here in Alaska!  I'm so happy to see sunny days and flowers coming up. It's a perfect time to join the Art Impressions challenge "Fun with Flowers".  My card features a favorite AI set called His & Hers Gardeners (SCO650) .  Its such a fun set with gardening images and puny sentiments. I came across the fun card fold on Instagram recently.  It's new to me and I love the effect!  Designer papers are from Pebbles Garden Party.  I finished the inside of the card with a sentiment and images from the same AI set.  Of course, the lady gardener was colored with Copic Markers and her apron was paper pieced. Di's Digi Design Challenge - Flowers Everywhere

I'm joining the current challenge at Di's Digi with Flowers Everywhere featuring the adorable Daffodil Delivery .  I created a fun Spring scene with papers from Memory Box and dies from MFT, Lawn Fawn (sentiment) and Memory Box Stitched Clouds. The image was colored with Copic markers and fussy cut.  I can almost smell the daffodils.... they remind me of Spring! Power Poppy Creative Confetti Challenge - Think Spring!

If you love floral images you are going to LOVE the creations by Power Poppy!  I found them late last year and immediately had to purchase the detailed images.  I purchased the Daffodil Bouquet last week during one of their fabulous sales.   The image was printed onto Stampin' Up! Whisper White card stock then colored with Copic markers.  I kept the card very clean to focus on the beautiful bouquet.  Card stock layers and a Mother's Day die from Lawn Fawn embellish the focal image.
