HMFMC 439 # Anything Goes with the option Add A Ribbon

I'm joining the current HMFMC challenge with a fun beach scene and the optional ribbon.  The House Mouse image was colored with Prismacolor pencils and layered onto Stampin' Up! Tempting Turqouise and designer paper from my stash.  The yummy ribbon was also in my stash!    The sun die cut and sentiment are from Lil' Inker Designs.  A few dew drops complete the 5.5 square card. I would like to share my card with the following: HMFMC 439 # Anything Goes with the option Add A Ribbon PIP Challenge  #2518 Anything Goes We Love Stamping Challenge:   AG or 4-legged friends Lil Patch of Crafty Friends:   #252 Anything Goes

Sassy Cheryl's Digi Stamps Challenge - Thinking of You

This week Sassy Dawn's challenge is "Thinking of You".  Well, who could resist using the new " Penny for your Thoughts " image from the Sassy Cheryl shop?!  If you haven't heard, Cheryl is focusing on the Sassy Sally image and she is really on a roll!  Be sure to check the shop for all of the NEW images she has come up with! Here's what I came up with using the new image: In case you've missed it, Cheryl has also started a new BLOG .  Along with sneak peeks of the new designs, she has created a couple of coloring tutorials that are fabulous!  Before I started coloring this Sassy Sally image, I hopped over and watched THIS tutorial on how Cheryl colored the hair, shorts and shoes.  I had to use a couple of alternate colors on the hair, but I like the end result.  I picked up some fabulous coloring tips from the tutorial! Here's close up photo of the finished image: The clouds were created with a die cut from The Cat's Pajama'...

Lil' Inker Designs and There She Goes

Hi!  I have two projects to share with you tonight.  The first for this week's There She Goes challenge is to create a card/project using the theme "Presents/Gift Giving".  What better gift than a little bag of Hershey kisses! I used two TSG sets for this project.  The wrapped gift is from "Scent-sational" and the sentiment is from "Blossom by Blossom".  The little gift bag is from Martha Stewart and the image was colored with Copic Markers. My second project tonight for the Lil' Inkers Design Blog .  Laura, owner of LDB, is having an impromptu challenge to CASE the following card. I chose to focus on the colors in Debby's Card and this is what I created using "Rain Boy" by Lil' Inker Designs. I used this week's sketch from Splitcoast Stampers as my starting point.  The little boy image was colored with Copic Markers and the umbrella has been paper pieced.  Memory Box dies were used for the clouds and ta...
