Welcome to a new challenge at  Catch the Bug with Stella Says Sketch. My card features the adorable Cupcake Circle Tag digital image from Bugaboo.  The image was colored with Copic Markers and Stickles were applied.  Spellbinder scallop die cuts were used for the layers. The image was layered onto designer papers from MME Life of the Party. Bugaboo is celebrating their 4th Birthday this week  with a challenge each day. Day 4 is "Bling it Up!" Here's my Birthday Bling using " Cupcake Circle Tag ": The image was colored with Copic markers.   Dimension glaze was  applied to the cherry and Bubblegum Stickles was applied to the cupcake frosting.  The image has been layered on designer papers fom MME Life of the Party.
