My Favorite Sketch Challenge #6

I'm joining this week's sketch challenge at My Favorite Things .  I colored a few farm critters from one of my favorite MFT sets The Whole Herd.  The images were colored with Tombow markers and die cut.  An embossed chicken wire panel is the base for my farm scene.  A few enamel dots and sentiment from the same set finish the card. MFT Sketch and Time Out Birthday

I'm joining the current sketch challenge at My Favorite Things with their Celebrate Everything Card Kit.  I love this kit and have enjoyed using it.  Birthday cards seem to be what I make the most. House-Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge #357 Anything Goes or Fruit

Hello!  I hope everyone had a great weekend and got a few minutes to get crafty.   I couldn't resist joining the current challenge at House Mouse & Friends .  Their current challenge theme option is Fruit.  I love this older wood mount House-Mouse Designs stamp called Sleeping with Strawberries (1999 Stampa Rosa, Inc). I have been practicing with my water coloring skills this week!  So, the image was stamped onto water color paper then water colored with the Altenew Watercolor Essential 12 Pan set .  The image was die cut then layered onto retired designer papers from Stampin' Up!   My layout inspiration was provided by a Mojo Monday sketch.  I really do miss Julee's sketchy inspiration.  If you are interested you can check out her library of sketches HERE . Create A Smile - April Sketch Challenge

I really had fun creating this colorful monster card for the sketch challenge at Create A Smile .   I started by sponging Create A Smile Splotch Stencil with Hero Arts reactive inks - Creamsicle, Taffy and Lemon Drop. I LOVE this stencil!   The cute monster image is a Create A Smile freebie that you can find HERE .  It was colored with alcohol markers, fussy cut and adhered to the base panel with a wobble spring.  I couldn't resist adding the googly eyes for fun!  A couple of star gems from my stash finish the card. House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge #383 Anything Goes Option Doodle It

I'm joining the current House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge with the Option Doodle It .  I have used the Stampendous Cling Dream Flower image for my card.   The image was embossed then colored with Copic Markers.  After die cutting, a doodled frame was created around the image.  I chose lots of blue designer papers from an older MME Moments paper pad to coordinate with the image.  A few blue pearls from my stash finish the card. I've omitted the sentiment for now.  It's nice to have a general card for any occasion that comes up. My Favorite Things Sketch and Color Challenges

I'm joining the current sketch and color challenges at My Favorite Things.  My card features retired MFT sets - Cart Full of Friends and Li'l Pumpkin.  Such fun sets for Fall and Thanksgiving! The Pure Innocence image was colored with Copic Markers and Prismacolor pencils.  We we asked to use Steel Grey, Orange Zest, Wild Wisteria and Lavender Fields on our project.  I included two strips of orange washi tape and enamel dots in the color scheme. I am joining the current sketch challenge over at the Christian Card Makers sketch challenge this week.  I had to give this one a little thought, but it was great for those scraps laying on my craft desk.  Each Monday Ginny Maxam posts a fun sketch and each participant receives a fun card kit for playing along.  She's such a sweetie!
