Stampin' In Alaska

  I'm playing along with the current challenge at House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge with their option of Lovely Leaves.  My card features an older wood mount House-Mouse Designs stamp called Mice Landing (1994). The image was stamped onto Stampin' Up Natural Ivory (discontinued) card stock and colored with Prismacolor pencils.  An ink blended frame was created with Distress Inks and a Maple Leaf Stencil from Blue Knight Rubber Stamps .  I finished the card simply with a few gems and sentiment from Stampin' Up! Express Yourself Hostess set (retired).   I have a quick Thanksgiving themed card for this week's House-Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge.  My card features the adorable Mice Landing (1994) wood mounted image from House-Mouse Designs/Stampabilities. The embossed base panel is an older folder from Cuttlebug.  I felt that the embossing "spoke" for itself and needed minimal embellishment.  Only a few enamel dots and fall colors.
