Happy New Year and welcome to the first Meljen's Designs challenge for 2014! With the busy holiday season, we are making the first challenge easy on you with an "Anything Goes" theme. Just be sure you create with a Meljen's digital image. Here's my card using one of the pre-colored images called " Party Time Cat COLOR ". I printed the image twice and cut out the balloons, added dimensional glaze and popped them up with foam tape. The sentiment is from Create With TLC . Thanks for stopping by for a closer look!
