Di's Digi Challenge: Use A Digi

  I'm joining the current challenge at Di's Digi Challenge blog with a fun card featuring Ellie Strawberry Cupcake . The current challenge is to use a digi.  The image was colored with Copic Markers and shading with charcoal pencil.  It was die cut and layered onto pattern papers from Doodlebug Designs Take Note paper pad.   I've used a Mojo Sketch from my archive files.  It's so helpful for me to have a sketch to follow!  A machine stitched border and enamel dots finish the card. Your Next Stamp Challenge #160 - Photo Inspiration

  I'm sharing a fun layered card for the current YNS inspiration challenge.  My card features Perk Up! and the photo colors pink and grey.  I LOVE the little espresso machine in this set.  It was colored with Tombow markers and fussy cut. Di's Digi Design Challenge - Harvest

  I'm joining the current Harvest themed challenge at Di's with her sweet Pumpkin Wendy digital image.  She's perfect for Fall! I started by printing the image and layering gingham over her dress.  I printed the image again then fussy cut the dress image.  It's fun to paper piece sometimes and I love the sweet gingham! The image was then colored with Copic markers, fussy cut and layered onto papers from Carta Bella Autumn paper pad.  The die cuts and seam tape ribbon are from Verve Stamps. If you follow my blog, you know that I LOVE a good sketch!  Well, I couldn't resist using the current Mojo Monday sketch for this card.  Julee Tilman offers a new sketch which includes the panel dimensions.  It's great inspiration! Art Impressions Challenge - Handmade Holidays

  Happy Friday!  I hope everyone has a chance to get crafty this weekend. I'm sharing a fun Thanksgiving card with the current Handmade Holidays challenge at Art Impressions.  My card features their fun Full of Thanks set .  The turkey in disguise was stamped onto water color paper and colored with Tombow Markers.  Various papers from the Carta Bella Autumn paper pad were used to create the card sketch provided by Mojo Monday.  A coordinating sentiment from the set and a few enamel dots finish the card. Power Poppy Creative Confetti: Pop Goes the Flower!

I had a chance to color over the weekend while camping.   It was so relaxing to coloring this lovely digital Luminous Bouquet image from Power Poppy.  My card was inspired by the "Pop Goes the Flower" challenge - color the background to make the flower POP.   The image was colored with Copic Markers and layered onto papers from American Crafts Dear Lizzy Neapolitan Paper Pad.  I also used the current Mojo sketch as inspiration. House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge #312 Anything Goes with Optional Happy Birthday

I'm joining the current House-Mouse challenge with a last minute birthday card entry featuring Happy Hoppers Cling Donut Day.   The image was colored with Copic Markers then layered onto scraps of Doodlebug Cream & Sugar designer papers.  I finished with a birthday sentiment from Stampin' Up popped up on foam dimension tape. The card design was inspired by the current Mojo Monday sketch. Di's Digi Design Challenge - Embellish It Awesome

I'm joining the current Embellish It Awesome challenge at Di's Digi Design with this Di's adorable Daisy Bear image.  I picked up this guy from the shop for $1.00 this morning!   The bear was colored with Prismacolor pencils and blended.  The flowers and butterfly were colored with alcohol markers I recently bought at Tuesday Morning.  I LOVE the bright yellow!  So cheerful! I fussy cut the image and layered with a couple of patterned papers from Pebbles using the Mojo 533 sketch.   My card was embellished with grosgrain ribbon, stickles, gems and a glittery butterfly punch.  This little guy was so much fun to color and create with tonight. Hero Arts Stay Crafty Challenge - Encouragement

I'm so excited to join the first Stay Crafty with Hero Arts challenge.  Their first challenge is about encouragement.  Who wouldn't be encouraged with this yummy cuppa latte!!  I started by stamping the coffee cup and foam from the August 2018 Hero Arts Kit. The images were colored with Copic Markers and fussy cut.  I wanted the card to be bright and cheerful so I pulled out Doodlebug Designs Cream & Sugar paper pad for the panels.  Of course, I finished with a few gems and a coordinating sentiment. The card design was inspired by one of the current Mojo Monday sketches. Di's Digi Design Challenge - Use a Digi Image

I'm joining the current challenge at Di's Digi Designs with this adorable digital called Ruff You from Di's store.  The image was colored with Copic and Azure markers then fussy cut.  Charcoal pencil was blended for highlighting and Stickles applied to the flower center. Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge #288 - Love (with a Mo Image)

I'm joining the February challenge at Mo's Digital Pencil which is "Love".  My card features Mo's adorable LoveBirdz digital image in this Anniversary card.  I have a couple of lucky couples in my family who celebrate their wedding anniversary in February.   The image was colored with Prismacolor pencil and blended.  Copic markers were used for the limb and breast of the birds.  I pulled several papers from my stash to follow the current Mojo Sketch design.  I LOVE these sketches and they really inspire me.  The final small panel is vellum.  Ribbon and a sentiment from Stampin' Up finish the card. Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge #513

I'm joining a few challenges tonight with this "barnyard" themed card.  I pulled out a few Stampin' Up! sets to play along - Home to Roost, Heartland and Retired Chicken Wire background. My card design was inspired by the current Mojo Monday sketch courtesy of Julee Tilman.  This sketch has so many possibilities!   The rooster was stamped onto Stampin' Up! Crumb Cake card stock and colored with Prismacolor pencils. The barn and chicken wire images were stamped with Memento ink.  The designer paper is from MME Traveler paper pad. Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge #512

I recently purchased an adorable ocean themed set at a thrift store called Make Waves from Close to My Heart.  The cute critters stamp in great detail and the set includes matching dies!  I love the puny sentiments that came with the set as well.  The designer paper is from Doodlebug Design.  The crab is from an EK Success punch.  I have used the current Mojo Monday sketch for my layout inspiration. Mojo Monday #500 and Gerda Steiner Challenge

Tonight I am sharing a card for a couple  of challenges. If you haven't heard, this will be the final challenge for the Mojo Monday sketch .  :( It is sad, but yet I completely understand  that Julee needs to devote more time to her sweet family which includes twin boys.   That takes a lot of energy and faith! I LOVE sketch challenges and the weekly inspiration from Julee will be missed. I also recently discovered the Gerda Steiner " Share your Designs " challenge.  Long story short - I've seen the Gerda Steiner digital scooter image out on blogland AND finally purchased it recently. Is this adorable or what?? It's called Dog on Scooter Vrooming by .  The image was printed onto Stampin' Up!
