Sweet November - Spring Fairy

  I'm sharing a card featuring a Sweet November digital stamp called Lucky Cloverfield .  Such a fun little fairy image.  I took the creative liberty of coloring him with a pale green Copic Marker to coordinate with older papers from My Mind's Eye.  Out of the box technique was used with the image for added interest and finished with enamel dots. Floral Birthday

  While cleaning my craft room yesterday I came across a few panels in my stash that were colored.  This features a digital stamp from a company who is no longer in business - Craftin Desert Divas.  It is always sad when a craft company goes out of business.  But I still enjoy using their great products! This image was colored with Copic Markers and die cut.  The designer paper was also in my stash.  A few pearls and digital sentiment complete the card. Sweet November Stamps - Summer Scene and Life Update

  Thank you to those of you who follow my blog!!!  Quick life update:    There are big changes at my house and crafting will be on hold for a while.  My husband recently retired from his 30 plus year career as an aircraft mechanic and air cargo station manager.  SO Exciting!  We will soon begin a 4000-mile relocation from Alaska to Southern Missouri to be closer to our family.  SUPER Exciting!!  This will be the beginning of a new adventure for us!  We appreciate your prayers as we make this journey and begin our next chapter in a new home. Card Details:   I created this beach scene for the current Sweet November FB challenge.  My card features Sweet November Soundtrack of Summer digital image.  It was merger with a digital background image from Angie Blom called You are my Paradise .   I'm sharing a fun nautical boy card for the current challenge at All Dressed Up.  My card features the adorable ADU digital Little Fishes . The image was printed onto X-Press It card stock and colored with alcohol markers.   It was die cut and layered on paper from Doodlebug Designs. A wood mount sentiment was stamped onto one of the flags.  Cloud dies from My Favorite Things and Doodlebug Design matt sprinkles finish the card.   Sharing a fun Mother's Day card for my sister.  A fun Bugaboo digital image and sentiment.  Sadly, no longer in business.  I colored the image with Alcohol markers and layered it onto papers from my stash. The Paper Shelter Challenge: #636 Cuties

  I am joining the current challenge at The Paper Shelter with the optional twist to use Cuties.  My card features the pre-colored version of TPS Most Adorable Ducky digital image. The image has been layered onto a panel using the marble technique.  Stampin' Up!  Cameo Coral and Old Olive card stock were used as accents.  A sentiment from Paper Smooches and enamel dots complete the card. All Dressed Up #161 Anything Goes

  I'm sharing a fun design featuring ADU Summer Trainers digital image.  The image was printed onto X-Press It card stock and colored with alcohol markers. I have been challenging myself to use scraps and items from my stash.  The Bingo panel was on my desk in a pile of unused papers.  Ribbon, flowers and stripped paper were all left from other projects.  It's so satisfying to use up "leftovers".  AND I love how this came together!  It will be going in the mail to my niece for her birthday next month. Di's Digi Challenge - All About Animals

  I'm joining the current challenge at Di's Digi Challenge blog featuring the adorable Birdbath digital image.  I was a lucky challenge winner recently and this is one of the images I chose.  It has such a fun feel of Spring, don't you think? The image was printed onto X-Press It card stock and colored with Copic Markers.  I'm currently "destashing" my craftroom and came across this adorable floral paper in my stash.  The fabric floral ribbon and metal leaf embellishments were also discovered in bins.  At the last minute, I grabbed the doily for extra texture.  The final card size is 5.5 square.   I'm joining the Paper Shelter Challenge with the optional twist of Alter It!  My clean and simple (CAS) design features The Paper Shelter The Most Adorable Panda digital image. One of my favorite features of digital images is sizing.  I used MS Word to resize the B&W lined digital image and cropped it.  It was printed onto Stampin' Up! Crumb Cake card stock and colored with Prismacolor pencils.  The sentiment is from a digital set by Beccy Muir. The Paper Shelter Challenge #627 Anything Goes - Option Buttons and/or Bows

The Paper Shelter Challenge is now Anything Goes with a weekly optional twist.  My card features the adorable Vintage Seamstress pre-colored image and the option of a bow. I started with a measuring tape embossed panel.  The image was die cut and layered onto several circle dies from my stash which I embossed with different folders.  I found a piece of yummy coordinating ribbon in my stash as well.  The card was finished with enamel dots and a sentiment from Hero Arts. Di's Digi Designs Challenge - Circles Everywhere

  I'm back in the craft room after a winter break.  This is one of the sweet images that I colored during my vacation - Giraffe Scooter Fun .  You can find it, along with many other great images, in Di's Etsy Shop. The new challenge at Di's is Circles Everywhere.  After coloring the image was Copic Markers, it was die cut and a cloudy stencil was used for the background.  A little pebbly road was created as well. I pulled various papers together with dots & circles for this 5.5 square card.  The die cut numbers and sentiment were also in my stash.
