I'm joining the November Penny Black Saturday Challenge with the optional glitter and glitz. I really like the sweet pup images in the Waggingly Happy clear set. The image was stamped with Versafine Claire ink and colored with Copic Markers. A little Copic grey "shadow", coordinating sentiment and bling make an easy focal panel. Glitter tape from my stash was applied as a border.
