My card features the sweet Peaches Balloons The image was colored with Copic Markers and shaded with Charcoal pencil. The image was cut with the Out-of-the-Box technique. I forgot about having the fun Darice Cloudy Embossing folder. Along with the grass/fence die I thought it made the perfect little scene.
