Altered Birthday Tag

 

On a recent flea marketing trip I came across a packet of old book pages, sheet music and atlas pages.  That was the beginning of my altered tag.  A book page was used to collage the tag then various items from my stash were layered to create the Happy Birthday tag.  

Several of the items - transparency, button and sticker - were included as freebies in my Unity Stamp Company orders.  The birthday tab is from Memory Box and the floral image is an older woodblock stamp.
