Unity Stamps Happy Birthday

Unity Stamp Company is currently hosting a birthday challenge for March with weekly prompts.  I decided to join the fun this week with the color board.  Of course, I had to pull out this fun little lady called Demand a Recount.  

I started by stamping Unity's Misplaced Chevron on the base panel with Worn Lipstick distress ink.  A little splattered ink was applied and a few sequins.  Her dress was paper pieced with paper from my stash.
