I'm joining the current challenge at Di's Digi challenge featuring Buddy's in a Boat . I started by printing the digital image onto X-Press It card stock. The image was colored with alcohol markers and fussy cut. It was adhered to a "rocker" base from Stampin' Up! and Echo Park paper. The card finished with a sentiment from Art Impressions and a few puffy stickers from my stash.
