The Happy Birthday die is from My Favorite Things.  A few gems and paper flowers complete the card.   I'm joining the current challenge at Art Impressions which is Pop It Up! - Popping up elements on the card.  My card features AI 5283 Frog Set .   I've stamped, colored and fussy cut a couple of images from the set.  I popped up the frog on dimension tape.  The image panel is popped up with a base which will flatten for mailing. The image panel was layered onto papers from Carta Bella Summer Market.  A coordinating sentiment from the set, gems and gingham ribbon finish the card.   Beccy has been busy creating this fun group of critters for the August release.  Over the Back Fence comes with 3 pre-colored images, 3 black line images and 5 coordinating sentiments.  I had so much fun creating with this set! My first project that I'm sharing today started by printing the black and white image onto X-Press It card stock and coloring with alcohol markers.  I then fussy cut the image and layered it onto a Woodgrain Fence die from My Favorite Things.  Designer papers are from Carta Bella Farmhouse Living paper pad.  The birthday sentiment from the set was printed and die cut with the Lawn Fawn Speech Bubble border die. The second project features the trio of pre-colored dogs.  I created a magnetic bookmark by first printing and fussy cutting the dog image.  The base card stock is 6 inches by 2 3/4 then folded in half.  Dog print paper from my stash was applied and two small magnets inside the fold.  I adhered the ...

I'm joining the current sketch challenge at My Favorite Things with the Celebrate Everything Card Kit from last year.  I have really enjoyed this card kit when needing a quick (no-stamp) card.  The papers coordinate perfectly with the dies and sentiments.   I'm sharing a mini slimline design for this week's MFT sketch and color challenges.  My card features the adorable Lucky Dog set and retired Farm Fence Die-namic. The dog was die cut and colored with Tombow Markers.  The fence die was cut from Cement Gray card stock and layered onto designer papers from MFT Positively Peppy paper pad. I finished with a ball from the same set and coordinating birthday sentiment.  The finished card size is 6 x 3.5.   I am having so much fun with the new Celebrate Everything Card Kit from My Favorite Things !  I create and send a lot of birthday cards throughout the year.  This set is great when you don't feel like coloring and need a quick (cute) card. Of course, the balloons were created with the Balloon Builder die.  I've used Moroccan Spice and Caribbean Sea card stock from the kit.  The sentiment comes from the coordinating stamp set.   I'm joining a couple of the current MFT challenges with a simple birthday card.  I took a little different direction with the sketch this week.  But the main elements are still there!  Don't you feel that this could be sent to a guy or gal?  I LOVE the MFT Limelight green.  Yummy! This is my second card using the new Celebrate Everything Card Kit.  I'm certain there will be many more to come!  The candle die was used on the various colors then the flames were cut from yellow card stock.  I included a small orange flame with Tombow markers.   I'm joining the current sketch challenge at MFT with their new Celebrate Everything card kit.  I create a lot of birthday cards for friends and family.  I knew this kit was a must-have! The balloon die was used as the main focus of my card.  The Balloon Builder die is so quick and easy!  I used the Moroccan Spice card stock included in the kit... love the heavy quality of this card stock! The balloon die was layered onto papers from the Time to Celebrate paper pad included in the kit.  I finished with a sentiment from the Itty Bitty Celebrations set that was the recent free with purchase gift.   Good morning!  I'm joining the current challenge at Gina K. Designs with a fun reactive ink background.   My card features an image from the Gina K. Sent with Love StampTV kit (retired).  There are so many sweet images in this set! The background was created by applying reactive inks directly to a Hero Arts bubble background stamp, spritzing and stamping.  I love the effect!   Welcome to a new Anything Goes challenge at Word Art Wednesday. We have another fabulous Scripture Word Art image this week from Karen Murray. As always, you are welcome to save the word art to your computers; but you are never required to use it in order to play along in our challenges or to win. We welcome you to share your all you r art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family-friendly and uses an encouraging or uplifting sentiment. I tried a new-to-me double bridge fold card this week.  I'm including a link to Karens Kardzz YouTube tutorial if you are interested in the process.  I've included a photo which shows the dimension of the card.  It actually lays flat for mailing.  My final card size is 5 x 6.25. I started by sponging a 5x8.25 piece of card stock using a scalloped die and Memento ink.  Lots of dies were used the create the scene and I finished with a deer image from my stash.  The entire scene focuses on this week...

  I'm sharing a quick birthday card featuring Beccy's Paw Prints digital set.  I've used the pre-colored image for my card.  It makes the process quick and easy! The cute pup has been combined with MFT dies - Dog House and Grass border.  A stencil from Hero Arts was used for a soft "sky".
