Beccy's Place October New Release - Country Christmas

Beccy has designed another holiday inspired set this month called Country Christmas.  You can find this digital set at Beccy's Place online store now. I've created two project featuring the new set.  The first clean and simple card was printed onto kraft card stock and colored with Prismacolor pencils.  Stickles were added for dimension.  I really liked how the hanging stars fit perfectly onto the sentiment! A second project started by recycling a wood block which was left over after removing the rubber mounted stamp.  The block was painted with acrylic paint.  The pre-colored image was merged onto  sheet music then printed and glued to the block.  Additional paints and splatter were added.  I finished with the burlap ribbon edging and Stickles on the ornaments. Be sure to stop by Beccy's Place store to find this set and many others.  Beccy also generously provides many free digital images, tutorials, videos and card fold ideas....

HMFMC #366 Anything Goes with Option of Recycle

I'm joining the current challenge at House Mouse and Friends with an older (2005) House-Mouse Designs stamp called Bursting with Excitement. I may have gone a little crazy with my tag, but it was a lot of fun! I started by coloring the image with Tombow markers and fussy cutting.  My tag started with a recycled piece of cardboard.  I've layered designer papers, tulle, ribbon, a star pin and a ticket from my stash.  I finished with a Birthday sentiment from Paper Smooches.  I would like to share my card with the following: HMFMC #366 Anything Goes with Option of Recycle We Love to Create Mixed Media:  Wk 6 Anything Goes   Colour Crazy Craft Challenge:  Week 21 Anything Goes Polkadoodles Craft Challenge:  Week 22 Anything Goes

Mo's Digital Challenge #302 - Anything Goes with A Mo Image

I'm joining the Anything Goes Challenge at Mo's Digital Pencil with an older image by Mo Manning called Summer Girl.  (Sorry, it appears to be retired as I was unable to find it in the store.) My shaker card started with a pasta box --- Yep, I salvaged this ziti pasta box when I spotted the fun window on the front!! Crazy, huh?!  Well, I trimmed the cardboard to the appropriate size then layered my designer paper.  The "window" was die cut on my dp with a Spellbinder rectangle die.     I added Sprinkles Embellishments from Stampin' Up! for the shaker design.  The sweet Summer Girl digi was colored with alcohol markers and fussy cut.  The sun die and sentiment are from Lil' Inkers Designs. I'm super happy with how this turned out.  I hope it brings a smile to the recipients face!  I would like to share my card with the following: Mo's Digital Challenge #302 - Anything Goes with A Mo Image Word Art Wednesday Challenge:  Anythi...
