The past week has been sunny and gorgeous in Anchorage. DH and I packed a lunch and loaded up the pups for a day trip to Bonnie Lake about 80 miles north. The lake is stocked with trout and we saw lots of people in canoes and kayaks. There was also a trio of loons on the lake. They never got close enough for a good photo. Bummer!
