Stampin' In Alaska

  Last night I pulled out my folder of images which have been colored but waiting for the right project.  I often color images when traveling, camping or on vacation.  It's nice to have them ready when a quick project is needed.  It was time to create! This beautiful floral image is from an older digital set by Graciellie Designs called New Beginnings.  It is no longer in her shop but take a peek because she has so many lovely floral sets.  The die cut image has been layered onto Stampin' Up! 2020-2022 Designer Series paper in Magenta Madness.  It was finished simply with a Memory Box sentiment tab. It's Day 7 of the Coffee Lovers Bloghop and this will be my final entry for the week of fun.  My card features Coffee & Love digital set from Graciellie Design.  I am completely smitten with this beautiful coffee cup image!  And what I love about digital stamping is the ability to make the image any size I need for my project.  The image was also super easy to fussy cut for this card. The image was printed onto watercolor paper then fussy cut and colored with Tim Holtz distress inks and Tombow markers.  The card was finished with a machine stitched border, seam tape ribbon, pearls and gold thread. Happy Monday!  I'm starting the new week with a water color design featuring Graciellie Design's newest digital stamp release Desert Rose . This set comes with two beautiful desert rose images and three coordinating digital sentiments.  Perfect for any occasion!   The floral image and sentiment were printed onto Strathmore 200 series watercolor paper.  The image was watercolored with Tim Holtz distress inks. The finished card size is 5 inches square.  A machine stitched border, sequins and Stickles complete the card design. Graciellie Design is releasing a lovely new floral digital set this month called Desert Rose .  This digital set comes with two floral images and three coordinating sentiments. I began my project with a repeat background featuring one of the floral images.  The background was printed onto Coor'dinations Silver Pearl cardstock. I chose one of the coordinating sentiments as the focus of my card.  It was also printed onto the Silver Pearl cardstock then layered onto black.  Gingham ribbon from Gina K Designs and coordinating sequins finish the card. A matching bookmark was created by starting with the same background for the base panel.  The digital sentiment was printed onto the Coor'dinations cardstock and layered onto black.  The bookmark was laminated.  I finished the bookmark with the Gina K gingham ribbon and baker's twine. Graciellie Design features beautiful floral digital stamps sets.  The new April release is no exception.  My card features the new True Beauty Digital set .  This set includes the beautiful floral image and four coordinating sentiments. My card started by printing the floral image onto Stampin' Up! Whisper White card stock.  The image was colored with Copic markers and fussy cut. The image was layered onto coordinating papers from my stash.  My favorite (easy) embellishment is machine stitching.  I quickly added a machine stitched border to the base panel. Machine stitching is decorative, provides dimension and holds my panel in place.  I am using my old standby Brother sewing machine.  Be sure to keep a needle handy just for paper projects since it will get dull quickly.  I also keep a supply of sharp needles for sewing projects. I'm so excited to share a card featuring a lovely new release from Graciellie Design called Uniquely You Digital Set .  This set features a large Sweet Williams floral image and four coordinating sentiments.   The image and sentiment was printed onto Stampin' Up! Whisper White cardstock and colored with Copic markers. The stitched square die is from Gina Marie Design and the lovely grosgrain ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon . A water color background, sequins and a little Wink of Stella highlight finishes the image panel.  The panel was layered onto pink Mulberry paper then Stampin' Up! Basic Black.  The finished card size is 4.25 square. I'm stopping in to share a fun new digital stamp release from Graciellie Design this month called Happy Moments .  This set includes the lovely floral jar vase image and four coordinating sentiments. My project started by printing the image onto Copic marker paper  then it was colored with Copic Markers.  I used a uni ball white gel pen for the center of the flowers.  The image was fussy cut and Modge Podge dimensional magic was applied to the jar.  I allowed the Modge Podge to dry for several hours.  The bottle recommends at least 3 hours. I printed the happy birthday sentiment from the set and layered both images onto designer papers from Simple Stories Homespun paper pad.  A paper doily and dyed seam tape ribbon finish the card. I'm so excited to share this project with you featuring a new digital set from Graciellie Design called God's Grace.  You will find this digital set at Gracie's Etsy shop .  My card started by printing the floral image and one of the sentiments onto Stampin' Up! Crumb Cake cardstock.   The floral image was colored with Prismcolor pencils.  I love how the color pencil pops on the kraft cardstock!  Of course, I partially fussy cut the floral image then trimmed the panel to fit onto my 5.5 x 4.25 inch card base. I pulled some coordinating designer paper from my stash for layering.  The clean and simple card was finished with a yummy matching ribbon bow from Really Reasonable Ribbon . Graciellie Design is so excited to be joining Coffee Loving Cardmakers today on a blog hop featuring the new Coffee & Love digital set by Graciellie Design. This set features a fabulous coffee cup image and 5 coordinating sentiments.  Of course, I'm a coffee lover and this set made me smile all over!  Coffee AND gorgeous floral accents.  What more could I ask for? My card started by printing the coffee cup digital image onto Core' dinations white canvas card stock.  The image was water colored using a water brush with Tim Holtz distress inks in Wild Honey, Weathered Wood, Ground Espresso and Peeled Paint. I'm sharing a beautiful new set from Graciellie Design called In Christ Alone .  This digital set contains the beautiful floral blossom and three sentiments. The image and sentiment were printed onto core'dinations white canvas cardstock and watercolored with Tim Holtz distress inks. The image panel was layered onto digital papers from Graciellie Design's Pink & blue Watercolored Digital papers.   I love working with digital products.  They provide so much freedom for sizing and ease of storage.
