Stampin' In Alaska

  I'm sharing a fun birthday card with the current House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge .  My card features an older wood mount image from House-Mouse Designs (Stampabilities) called Make A Wish.   I started by stamping and coloring the sweet image with Prismacolor pencils.  A stenciled background was created with the MFT Sunray stencil. I finished the card by using the  Giant Happy Birthday die from Lawn Fawn with hot pink glitter paper from my stash.   I just received the retired MFT You're Super set by Birdie Brown from a Stamping Swap group.  I couldn't wait to ink up this sweet image.  The image was stamped, wet embossed and colored with alcohol inks then fussy cut.   I pulled out a retired MFT stencil - Ray of Light - and used distress inks for the sky.  A Memory Box Cityscape Nightline die and gems finish the card.
