Stampin' In Alaska

  I'm joining the current mood board challenge at Create A Smile.  My project features the Create A Smile Cool Cuts Summer Florals die set. I started by inking the Create A Smile Spring Garden stencil onto blue card stock.  The panel was trimmed to 4 square, the dies were arranged and a sentiment from Hero Arts added.  I finished the card with a few gems from Stampin' Up!   Create A Smile is sponsoring a fun mood board challenge this time.  I took my inspiration from the colors and woodgrain photo.  I LOVE the delicate Summer Florals Cool Cuts.  I cut each flower in red and black then layered for dimension.   I'm posting a last minute card for the July sketch challenge at Create A Smile.  I bought the fabulous Cool Cuts Summer floral dies with my June order.  This was the perfect sketch to showcase the delicate floral dies. The card base is a recycled gift bag.  The banners were cut from a Gelli print in my stash.  I'm really pleased with how this came out!
