Welcome to our weekly theme challenge at Catch the Bug ! This week we are "Raining" Cats and Dogs. I'm looking forward to your creative interpretation of the theme. Hope you will play along! My card features a retired image from Bugaboo called Scruffy Puppy Feet. It was printed onto Stampin' Up! Creamy Caramel cardstock and colored with Copic markers then fussy cut. I'm really trying to use some of my older papers so I pulled out the Shine On paper pad from Basic Grey for the layers on this card.
