When I saw the current challenge on the Art Impressions blog , I knew that one of their new clear sets  Got Style would be the perfect choice.   I wanted to create a card with motion for this fun gal and her skate board.  I checked out a few YouTube tutorial videos and created my first slider card. Of course, she is the focus of my scene. But I've used a various dies and designer papers from Memory Box to finish the birthday card.   Thanks for stopping by for a closer look! Jodie has been busy creating more digital goodies for  all of the Bugaboo Fans. This week the design team is featuring the new Kitty Home Scene. So many possibilities for this  cute, homey scene.  I knew that I wanted to created  a window card featuring the kitty scene. It's a perfect congratulations card for my Brother-in-law and his wife who just purchased a new home.  BTW - they have two cats!  The Window, shutters and flower box were all created using dies from Poppy Stamps. My card features the FarmScape SugarCuts die. I have combined Basic Grey and Regal Rose cardstock from Stampin' Up! from the current challenge board. First, let me say that purple/lavender is not a color that I create with.  This was WAY out of my comfort zone!!  BUT I found coordinating papers in my stash and persevered.  My card features the adorable Perk Up! set from Your Next Stamp.  I have combined the current sketch challenge #58 and color challenge with my card. Welcome to a new Stella Says Sketch Challenge with Catch the Bug !  My card features an adorable pup from the new Birthday Puppy Set . The image was fussy cut and layered onto designer papers from My Mind's Eye. A stitched border and enamel dots  finish the card.  The sentiment is from My Favorite Things. I must admit that I had a little help with this card.  My husband and I just returned from our winter trip to Maui. My parents met us for a few days and my mom colored for the first  time with Copic Markers. I think she did a great job! She may have a new hobby! I'm SO excited that Faith is healthy  and able to continue illustrations for From the Heart Stamps! They are back this month with a new stamp set AND a fun new challenge.   I've created this card with her new Stamp of the Month   Hogs and Kisses PigWit   It has been perfectly designed for Valentine's Day or for your special loved one. I omitted a sentiment so that it can be used in the future for any occasion. I was so excited to arrive home and find my first SugarPea Designs order in my mailbox! AND included was an unexpected free set!!  :) I had to try out the FarmScape SugarCuts for a quick CAS birthday card.  This went together so quickly and I love the end result!  The sentiment is from their Barn to be Wild set. I created the sky by sponging various Memento inks directly to the base panel. Thanks for taking a closer look! I always enjoy reading your comments.
