Happy Mother's Day - Daffodil Delivery

I'm getting a head start on my Mother's Day cards with this adorable Daffodil Delivery digital image from Di's Digi Designs.  You can find an updated version in Di's Etsy shop HERE . The image was printed onto X-Press It card stock and colored with Copic Markers.  The image and frame panel were die cut with Spellbinders Oval dies then layered onto designer paper from Graphic45.   The Mother's Day sentiment is from Hero Arts and was wet embossed on vellum then adhered.  I finished the A2 size card with coordinating baker's twine. HMFMC #461 ATG or Pastels

I'm joining this week's challenge at House Mouse and Friends using pastel colors.  My card features an older wood mount House Mouse stamp call Glitter Hearts (1998).  Such a fun and festive scene! The image was colored with Copic Markers and die cut with a Gina Marie stitched square die.  Designer papers were in my stash from Dena Designs, Inc.  A few enamel dots complete the card. Just Ink Lined - Dog Slobber

I've had this colored image in my stash for a while waiting for the perfect card.  There are a couple of challenges this week that call for either wildlife (not so wild maybe, but furry) and of course, fur. I am also adding this to my donation stack for the March Cards For Cubs card drive.  I learned about the organization through Splitcoast Stampers and their monthly Cards for a Cause post.  Please check the links to learn more about the event. The digital image called Best Seat in the House is from Just Ink Lined.  Sadly, they are no longer in business.  My hope is that this encouragement card brings a smile to the recipient.  It was colored with Copic Markers and Prismacolor pencils, fussy cut and popped up with dimension tape.  Papers from Simple Stories Homespun and sentiment from American Art Stamp complete the card.  I would like to share my card with the following: We Love Stamping:   Wildlife Inspiration PIP Challenge:...

Unity Stamp Company - Pasture Birthday

I'm sharing a fun belated birthday card created using Unity Stamp Company Seen & Herd stamp set .  I just love the surprised expression on the cows' face!  The little bird seems to be along for the ride and taking it all in. The image was stamped onto watercolor paper and colored with Tombow markers.  It was die cut with a Wonky Stitched die from Spellbinders then layered onto papers from Unity Stamp Company Rise & Roost paper pack.  A coordinating die from the set and enamel dots from The Paper Studio complete the card. STAMPloarations March Challenge - Anything Goes

After a few years of hiatus, Shery Russ is back in full action with new products and fabulous inspiration!  She generously included a sneak peek sheet of the new Faded Botanicals collage pack in my recent order.   The papers are so beautiful that I couldn't cover it up!  I ended up die cutting the 5.75 x 8 sheet of paper into 6 smaller panels.  They've been layered onto SU Basic Grey cardstock then strategically placed on a 5.5 square card base to showcase each image. ***CHECK BACK*** The last two panels are in progress and will be shared later in the week. The Mother's Day sentiment and silver pearls are both Hampton Art Studio.  I pulled out some coordinating papers from Basic Grey for the base panel. Art Impressions Challenge - The People in Your Neighborhood #422

I'm joining the current Art Impressions Challenge with a fun masculine card featuring Catching Z's T4156 and Fish, Bait, Nap G4155 (both retired).  I love Bonnie's adorable people stamps and she has created SO many over the years. This guy is perfect for the fishermen in my family.  The sentiment perfectly coordinates with the image and can be used for birthdays or Father's Day. The image was stamped onto My Favorite Things Smooth White cardstock and colored with Copic Markers.  The die cut image was layered onto papers from Carta Bella The Great Outdoors collection. All Dressed Up Challenge #170

Sharing a sweet ballerina birthday card with a few challenges.  The image is a freebie from All Dressed Up that can be found HERE .  It was printed onto X-Press It card stock and colored with Prismacolor pencils.  The sentiment is from My Favorite Things.   I created my own background with my Gelli Plate, acrylic paints and a stencil.  A few rhinestones finish the card. HMFMC #460 Anything Goes with option to use GREEN

My card was inspired by "Green" which is this week's optional challenge prompt at House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge . The House Mouse image is an older wood mounted stamp from Stampabilities called Feed and Seed (2005).  I used a stencil and distress ink for the background.  The designer paper was in my stash and the sentiment was computer generated.  A few pearls finish the 5.5 inch square card. Sweet November - Spring Fairy

I'm sharing a card featuring a Sweet November digital stamp called Lucky Cloverfield .  Such a fun little fairy image.  I took the creative liberty of coloring him with a pale green Copic Marker to coordinate with older papers from My Mind's Eye.  Out of the box technique was used with the image for added interest and finished with enamel dots.
