Welcome to a new Meljen's Designs Challenge! We really appreciate everyone who joined our 200th Celebration blog hop and/or participated in the 200th Challenge last week. (Use Green on Your Project) I couldn't resist using this sweet new image called " Little Puddle Duck ". Aren't those rain boots the cutest things?
