We find a lot of indoor hobbies and activities during the long winter in Alaska. My husband decided to start collecting train sets a few years ago. During one of our recent snow storms, he decided to set one of the trains up and give it a go. Here he is in our living room setting up the track and making sure that everything worked. It really was pretty neat! Another Winter activity this year is snow plowing. Gingersnap got to be the "helper" this day on the snow plow.
