Stampin' In Alaska

  I'm sharing a Fall themed card for this week's sketch challenge at My Favorite Things.  I pulled out a favorite set designed by Birdie Brown called Sweater Weather in the Woods.  The image was water colored with Tombow markers and the sweater was paper pieced.  A few gems were applied for the buttons.   The sentiment is from MFT Happy Pumpkin Season.  A retired Stampin' Up! French Script background stamp was applied to the base panel with VersaMark ink.  It provides a very subtle texture which I thought finished the project off nicely.   I'm sharing a fun fall coffee/cocoa card tonight featuring MFT Sweater Weather in the Woods set.  Of course, living in Alaska, I had to create at least one card with the adorable Birdie Brown Moose! I started with a kraft panel as my base and used the Tim Holtz splatters stencil with Rich Cocoa Memento ink.  The moose image was stamped with VersaClaire Pinecone and colored with Prismacolor pencils.  A coordinating sentiment and enamel dots finish the card.   I'm playing along with the current sketch challenge at MFT featuring Sweater Weather in the Woods .  The bear was stamped onto water color paper, die cut and blended with Tombow Markers.   Good morning!  I'm sharing a Fall coffee themed card for this week's sketch challenge at My Favorite Things.  My mini slimline card features the adorable Sweater Weather in the Woods set. The cute critters were colored with Tombow markers and die cut.  Coordinating papers are from Doodlebug Pumpkin Spice paper pad.   I'm playing along with the current sketch and slimline challenges at My Favorite Things.  I pulled out Birdie Brown's Sweater Weather in the Woods set for a Fall themed slimline design. The fun critters were stamped onto water color paper and colored with Tombow markers.  The card base was masked and inked with several distress inks for the cloudy sky.  I layered the MFT Farm Fence die and Sugar Pea birch die to complete the scene.   I'm sharing a one-layer clean and simple card featuring MFT Sweater Weather in the Woods. The adorable bear image was stamped onto Stampin' Up! Happy National Cardmaking Day!  I hope everyone has a chance to get crafty today! I'm joining the a couple of current challenges at My Favorite Things with one of their new ADORABLE fall sets called Sweater Weather in the Woods .  This is another sweet Birdie Brown set with adorable critters and coffee, of course! The images were stamped and die cut from water color paper.  Then colored and blended using Tombow markers.  Designer papers from MFT Trail Mix and Painted Prints Citrus paper pads were used for the card base.  A Spellbinder wreath die was cut from MTF Grout Gray cardstock.
