Stampin' In Alaska

Monday at Catch the Bug is the day that the design team shares Anything But A Card featuring Bugaboo digital images. My project is an altered notebook featuring JJ Shopping - so much plastic I started by covering the front of the notebook with designer paper from jillibean soup Fresh Vegtable Soup paper pad. The digital image was printed onto Stampin' Up Whisper White card stock and colored with Copic Markers. A cutout was layered on from Echo Park. Cheryl has some adorable new digital images in her shop! I recently purchased the adorable new Duck Dive and knew that a clean and simple design was going to be perfect for the image.  The digital image was colored with Copic Markers and combined with a fabulous scripture from Word Art Wednesday . I'm fairly new to Verve Stamps and just discovered a couple of new-to-me challenges that they host monthly. Viva la Verve May Sketch #1 has lots of layers but it was really fun to play with!  I've combined designer papers from the MME Reunion paper pad with a fun digital stamp set created by Julee Tilman for the Coffee Lover's Blog Hop. Welcome to a new Saturday Theme Challenge at Catch The Bug! This week's theme is Flowers Galore. Bugaboo images are not required to participate but we always enjoy seeing them used and there are MANY fun floral images in the Bugaboo Store . My project features the adorable Bugaboo Ladybug Flower Row   I decided to create a fun bookmark with the long row of flowers. This is my first attempt at this style of bookmark, but won't be my last! The image was colored with Copic markers and the background sponged with Memento inks. It was layered onto Stampin' Up! Real Red Cardstock then laminted.  Finally an eyelet was set for the baker's twine. Thanks for stopping by! The current challenge at  Art Impressions is #183 Creative Critters . Our challenge this week is to use our critter stamps in  an interactive way. In honor of the new mini spinner release I created a spinner card featuring the adorable Dog Spinner and Dog Spinner Dies    This was my first spinner card, but won't be the last!  The dog image was colored with Copic Markers and Prismacolor pencils then die cut with the matching die.  SO easy! It's been a rainy Sunday and I decided to join a couple of the challenges over at My Favorite Things. I received a fun freebie with my last MFT order Die-namics Hello There This card was a lot of fun to create AND check out the current color challenge. I started by sponging various Memento inks over the MFT Houndstooth stencil onto water color paper. Ink splatters and rhinestones were added with the fun Hello Die. I'm getting a head start on my Father's Day cards with the adorable Bugaboo Canoe Bear  The image was printed onto Stampin' Up! Whisper White card stock and colored with Copic Markers and Prismacolor pencils. The hat and vest were paper pieced  with plaid paper from MME. It has been layered onto Stampin' Up!
